If you contact us, you do so by email or telephone using the details on our contact page, and whatever you send us is used only to answer you and handle your enquiry — it is not sold, shared for marketing, or added to mailing lists. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps routine technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and reliability, retained only as long as the host’s standard practice requires. Product enquiries may be handled together with our group company, Microtex Energy Private Limited, whose website has its own privacy policy.

If this site ever changes — a form, an analytics tag, anything that collects data — this page will change first, and where the law of your country requires it, you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Your rights. To ask what, if anything, we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@microtex.com with the subject “Data request”. Requests go to our designated grievance contact and are answered without undue delay. For persons in India: we operate under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules; once the Act’s grievance provisions are fully in force, unresolved complaints may be escalated to India’s Data Protection Board.
